3D / Architectural Designer (Contract)

We are looking for a talented 3D / Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that emphasize architectural rendering, 3D design, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed architectural renderings and 3D designs for various projects.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to bring design concepts to life.
Utilize cutting-edge software tools to create and modify 3D models.
Conduct site visits as needed to gather information and assess project requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in architectural rendering and 3D design.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software and renedering packages (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
Strong understanding of building codes and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with AI applications, IRL spatial design, and innovative workflows is a major plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
(Optional) Familiarity with VR/AR technologies and applications a major plus.
